Account settings live under Account in the sidebar, with three tabs: Profile, Notifications, and Data Export. Notification changes save as you flip them; profile changes save with a button.

Notifications

The "Notification Preferences" page has six toggles:

ToggleWhat it sendsDefault
Maintenance DueReminders when maintenance tasks are coming dueOn
Overdue AlertsAlerts when maintenance tasks become overdueOn
Weather AlertsSevere weather warnings for your property areaOn
Warranty ExpiringNotifications when warranties are about to expireOn
Calendar RemindersReminders for upcoming scheduled eventsOff
Weekly Email DigestSummary of property activity sent weeklyOff

Changes save automatically. If one does not, you will see "Couldn't save that preference. Please try again."

Maintenance Due is the one that makes the maintenance schedule useful: each task's reminder (7 days before by default, adjustable per task) arrives through it. Weather Alerts use the property's address, which is why onboarding asks for it.

Profile

"Profile Settings" holds your Email (read-only; contact support to change it), Full Name, and Phone. Click "Save Changes".

Data Export

The Data Export tab downloads the active property's data:

  • "Property Data (JSON)": every record (systems, maintenance, projects, inventory, financials, and AI history). Click "Export JSON".
  • "Inventory (CSV)": one row per inventory item. Click "Export CSV".
  • "Documents Archive": every uploaded document in a ZIP. Click "Download ZIP".
  • "Complete Data Export": all of the above plus every photo in one ZIP. Click "Download Everything". Archives over 500 files are split; download documents and photos separately if you see that message.

The Download Center page (Records & Value, under Show more) offers the same downloads with file counts.

What to do next

Leave the four default toggles on for the first few months and see what arrives; turn on the Weekly Email Digest if you would rather read one summary than several alerts. Export a Complete Data Export once a year and keep it somewhere other than your laptop.
