Common Questions
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Plan changes and cancellations are handled in Stripe's billing portal, reachable from your billing settings. Changing plan mid-cycle is prorated by Stripe, so you are never charged twice for the same period. Cancelling keeps your data — you simply stop being able to add more.
What happens after I sign up?
You get immediate access to every feature, free, during our beta. No credit card required. When paid plans launch you'll be able to choose one — or stay on Free.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely via Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
What if I change my mind?
There is no charge to try Property Station — the Free plan is genuinely free and needs no card. If a paid plan is not right for you, cancel any time from your billing settings and you will not be charged again. If something has gone wrong with a payment, email us and we will sort it out.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest with bank-level encryption. Your information is never shared, sold, or used for advertising. Only you can access your property data.
Do you offer team or family plans?
Team and family plans are coming soon. For now, you can share access with household members on any plan.
