Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free for as long as you use it: one home, the complete home record and a small monthly AI allowance. No credit card is required.
What counts toward the AI allowance?
Everyday AI — questions to Ask My Home and the Repair Assistant, receipt and label scans, automatic document sorting and Design AI ideas — comes out of the monthly allowance. The bigger jobs use AI credits: 1 credit for each AI-made picture or floor-plan change, and 10 for reading a home inspection report.
What happens when I reach my AI allowance?
AI features pause until your allowance and credits renew — on the 1st of the month on Free, or your billing date on a paid plan. Unused credits do not roll over. Everything else keeps working, and you can upgrade at any time for a larger allowance. You are never charged for AI beyond your plan.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, at any time from Settings → Billing. If you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. Nothing you added is deleted.
Will my information be safe?
Every account is isolated in the database, files live in private storage behind expiring links, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our provider. Your information is never used for advertising. The details are on our Security page.
Can I use Property Station for more than one home?
Yes. Free covers one home, Pro up to three — a second home or a vacation home — and Premium any number, including rentals.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Your home information belongs to you. Property Station is designed so your records and files can be exported or shared when needed.
Is there a mobile app?
Property Station works in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer, so you can open your home's record wherever you are.
