The problem we’re solving.

Owning a home creates a lot of details to track — maintenance schedules, warranties, manuals, paint colors, repairs, projects, receipts, shutoff locations and important documents. Over time, this information often becomes scattered across drawers, emails, apps and sticky notes, making it hard to find when you need it.

Built from real experience

We kept seeing the same thing.

Property Station was shaped by both homeownership and real estate experience. As homeowners and real estate professionals, we saw that people replace water heaters, service HVAC systems, paint rooms, repair roofs and install appliances — but years later they often cannot easily remember when it was done, who did it or where the receipt is.

As a real estate broker, I also saw how meaningful it is when a homeowner can clearly show the history of a home — the maintenance, improvements, manuals, warranties, receipts and important details that have been preserved along the way.

That insight became part of the reason we created Property Station: to make it easy to build and preserve that record while you live in the home — not scramble to recreate it later.

A well-documented home doesn’t guarantee a particular outcome when it’s sold, but buyers notice when a home appears thoughtfully cared for and its history is easy to understand.
