Cookie Settings
Property Station uses a handful of essential cookies and browser storage. There are no advertising or analytics trackers, so there is nothing to opt in or out of.

A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser so it can recognize you on the next request. Browser storage (local and session storage) is similar but stays on your device and is not sent with requests. Property Station uses both, only for the Service to work and to remember settings you chose.

What we do not use
No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No third-party analytics scripts. We do not sell or share browsing data. Because of this the site does not show a cookie consent banner: every item above is either required for the Service to function or a setting you set yourself.
Third parties that process data for us (listed in the Privacy Policy) may set cookies on their own domains when your browser talks to them directly, for example Google when you sign in with Google. Those are governed by their policies.
How to clear or block them
You can delete cookies and site data for propertystation.com in your browser's settings at any time. Doing so signs you out and resets the preferences above; nothing in your home record is affected, because that lives on our servers, not in your browser. Blocking cookies entirely will prevent you from signing in.
